I'd suggest searching Yahoo! for archives. I'd love to provide direct links to the archives, but most of them have adult material as well, so you'll just have to look for them on your own. You can also try newsgroups, they have some good stuff there, or America Online members can go to Keyword: Star Trek and find the message boards there that have a ton of stories posted on them (several of mine are there) and they even have a J&J message board! :)
If you're not that wild about fanfic then there is a Yahoo! Club for J&J that is run by one of my friends. It's only just started but hopefully it will get bigger.

Uuuuuuummmmm. I might get something up soon, like the J&Jer's insanity test, or some J&J trivia. I'm considering getting a chat room for this site and having weekly J&J trivia games, or maybe just post trivia questions on the site. Anyway, I'll post more A.S.A.P.
