From Celebrity Skin #98:

From CHARMED

Alyssa Milano
The Power Of Two

Alyssa Milano has starred in some of our favorite flicks of all time, including Fear (1996), Embrace Of The Vampire (1994), and our featured film, Poison Ivy 2: Lily (1995). She's also the main reason we watch the WB's Charmed. The bewitching Halliwell sisters, around whom the show originally revolved, each had a magical power: Prue (Shannen Doherty) was gifted with telekinesis, while Piper (Holly Marie Combs) can stop time, and Phoebe (Alyssa) can see into the future. When the sisters had to fight, say, an extremely powerful dragon or warlock, they could combine their gifts into the "Power Of Three." However, Doherty has left the show, and at press time there was no word as to whether she would be replaced or the Halliwell sisters would have to make do with the "Power Of Two."
Lily, Alyssa's character in Poison Ivy 2, casts a different kind of spell. When she moves to California to go to art school, she finds the diary of Ivy (played by Drew Barrymore in the first installment) in her apartment and subsequently adopts her as a role model, shedding her sheltered Michigan ways, not to mention her clothes!

Actually, Phoebe doesn't have any power at all. Whatever she sees never happens. They always change the event. If she could see the future, she would see them changing the outcome, not what would happen if they didn't.
