A May 15 production start in Capetown, South Africa, has been set for Gene Kirkwood's big "The Diamond Hunters" miniseries, by Carmen Culver, which stars Roy Scheider and Sean Patrick Flanery - and Alyssa Milano, who segues into the drama from her season's work on "Charmed."
