Hot Dog! Here's a quick & fun way to stay slim on...
Heather Locklear
Fast-food diet
WEIGHT till you hear this! Toothpick-thin Heather Locklear is a junk-food junkie who never gains an ounce - and you can be one, too!
"I love junk food and I eat like a horse," reveals the 34-year-old sex siren of Melrose Place.
Incredibly, the 5-foot-5 beauty manages to keep hovering around the 103-pound mark even though she pigs out on pasta, tacos, burgers - and even yummy M&Ms.
"Eating lots of food keeps me regular and healthy," says Heather.
"When your body is working efficiently, you don't gain weight."
The trick to losing weight on fast food is picking the right items to eat, reveal diet experts.
"There's nothing wrong with including so-called junk foods in your diet," says Dr. Paul Saltman, professor of nutrition at the University of California at San Diego and author of the UCSD Book of Nutrition. "The key is to balance calories and fat. If you've got a healthy metabolism like Heather's, you can get away with eating to your stomach's content."
Heather runs for exercise, but isn't obsessed with working out.
"I run at least two miles every two days and work outing my home gym," reveals the sultry Melrose Place vixen.
"I also do lunges and squats to shape my legs and butt."
"I can pretty much eat anything I want. I drink Coke and I love ice cream and cake."
"It's impossible for me to gain weight. I can't get fat even if my life depended on it."
"I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones!"
You can share the star's "luck." You'll feel light as a feather on a diet based on Heather's habits (see 5-day menu below.)
Up to five pounds a week will melt away if you drink at least eight glasses of water a day, sip all the coffee or tea with low-fat milk you desire and follow this easy plan.
As always, you should check with your doctor before beginning this or any other diet plan.
