Actress Jamie Luner, who joined the cast of the Fox prime-time soap "Melrose Place" in 1997 and starred as sultry siren, auburn-haired Peyton Richards in the 1996-97 series "Savannah," has purchased a Studio City home for about $640,000.
     Luner, 27, signed a development deal last year with the WB for a series to debut this fall.
     She bought a remodeled home, built in the 1940s, with three bedrooms in 2,300 square feet. The contemporary, ranch-style house, with high ceilings, is behind gates with valley views.
