Whether "vanquishing" warlocks as supernatural beauty Phoebe Halliwell on WB’s Charmed or appearing in Candie’s perfume ads so steamy they were banned by her own network, Alyssa Milano is a sizzler. So much so that she has made TV Guide's list two times in a row. "Alyssa has a glint in her eye that says, 'If you want me, I’m here,'" says Charmed exec producer Aaron Spelling. So what tops the former Melrose Place hottie’s hot list these days? "Marriage is sexy," says the Who’s the Boss? veteran, who got hitched New Year’s Day to Cinjun Tate, 27, the lead singer of the alternative rock band Remy Zero. The sexiest thing about married life?
