Coyote and the Road Runner, this special prize is shared this year by five animated films that dramatized the ways in which feature-length cartoons are breaking away from the 'children and family' category and growing up into full-bodied entertainments." The five films named were (in alphabetical order): Antz, A Bug's Life, Kiki's Delivery Service, Mulan, and The Prince of Egypt.
