BOYS (to HERC) Tell me more, tell me more, Did you make the big save? GIRLS (to MEG) Tell me more, tell me more, Did he seem really brave? HERC: Saw a damsel, deep in distress. MEG: Nessus punched him--boy, what a mess. HERC: I used my head and my physique. MEG: Then I fell into the creek. BOTH In a flash, Nessus went splash, The end of that very first fight. BOYS (to HERC) Tell me more, tell me more, So you hit him with force? GIRLS (to MEG) Tell me more, tell me more, Like does Herc have a horse? HERC: Then I asked if she'd need a ride. MEG: 'Cause he wanted me by his side. HERC: We are heading straight into town. MEG: I'm afraid I'm turning you down. BOTH But we meet again in the street Then up for a really high flight-- MEG (shrieks): Whoa, whoa, whoa! GIRLS (to MEG) Tell me more, tell me more, Did you go on a date? BOYS (to HERC) Tell me more, tell me more, Did you find it first-rate? MEG: We had dinner down by the bay. HERC: Then we went to Sophocles' play. MEG: The day flew by--soon it got dark. HERC: We went strolling in a small park. BOTH Just my luck, Cupid has struck: It's love on a Grecian night. GIRLS (to MEG) Tell me more, tell me more, Did you sing a big song? BOYS (to HERC) Tell me more, tell me more, Now did something go wrong? MEG: There was trouble--we had to cope. HERC: For a moment, I lost all hope. MEG: But there's more--Herc couldn't fail. HERC: Happy ends come to this tale. BOTH There is joy for Wonder Boy Who has that Grecian might! ALL Tell me more, tell me more-ore-ore!
