The story is downloadable as an MS Word file (.doc) - mainly because it is in script form and harder to render on HTML. This story is also part of a much unfinished arc of episodes which I am trying desperately to find the time to complete. So, if the 'ENDING' is a bit of oddity, this is the reason. Mainly, I wrote this story because I wanted to write the story that every fan has in their heads: WHAT IF PILOT LIVED?

If you are reading 'Fallen Soldier', treat it as you would a two parter episode in a season of 18 episodes...and at some point, I'll work on the rest. Problem is, I can't make up my mind if Pilot should stay dead or alive.
