Opening night of the Tempest. Everything went really well and we got a standing ovation. Maxie came up on stage to present me with a dozen roses.
Afterwards, Uncle Mac and Felicia took me out to celebrate. Everything was perfect except for the absence of a particular person - Stone is still feeling awful and I told him to stay home and rest up so he could see me tomorrow and party all night long with me. He seemed kind of upset about not seeing me tonight, but hey, that's life, right?
Next Day
Stone and Brenda came to see me perform tonight. Sonny was there too, but he didn't seem too interested (like someone like Sonny would be cultures enough to appreciate Shakespeare).
We received another standing ovation and Stone gave out this whistle he's becoming famous for. Memories of the night I was caught speeding...we all went to Sonny's place for desserts and drinks (not for me, just for Sonny and Brenda. I've already learned my lesson about that). Just me, Stone, Brenda and Sonny. I actually like these double dates.
Sonny's so into Brenda he hardly notices me and Stone. Stone asks me if I enjoyed my onstage kiss with Ferdinand. I kiss him and reassure his he's the only one for me. He says it's the same for him too.
