Jeremiah

Vampire: The Requiem

Jeremiah

Vampire

The Vampire game does not have levels in the traditional sense of roleplaying. XP is awarded and the player can buy new skills whenever they have the required points.

Jeremiah's skills focus on celerity and obfuscation. Celerity is the vampire ability to move extremely fast. In roleplay terms this means I can either move more than other players in one turn, so fast that humans cannot see me, or allows me to make more attacks per round during combat. Obfuscation is the ability to make objects or even myself disappear from view.

Biography:

Jeremiah was the apprentice to an artisan in Venice around the mid 18th century. Unfortunately his master was a vampire and turned Jeremiah. His master was accidentally killed in a smelting accident, leaving Jeremiah without a master for most of his life.

He is relatively wealthy, running a successful antique business in both Edinburgh and New York. However, having to live on his wits for so long, he picked up skills in larceny. No petty theft mind you, he became quite adept at high risk heists.
This left him with a character flaw: he gets distracted by pretty shiny objects. Particularly pretty shiny objects that he can sell for a large amount of money.

His first adventure with his current band of brethren was the recovery of an artifact for the Prince of Edinburgh (an obscure title, currently held by a woman - just to make matters more confusing.)
