Tsui Hark has directed a stage production (blending Peking Opera and Kun Opera) adapted from William Shakespeare's THE TEMPEST. The production was staged over four days in Taipei (Taiwan) from 30 December, 2004 to 2 January, 2005. Taiwanese actor, Wu Xing Guo (GREEN SNAKE, SHANGHAI GRAND) plays the equivalent of Prospero. The costumes are designed by Tim Yip. Check out some pix from the production below:
