Grand Opening!

Every day I slip into tights and armor and go around beating the crap out of bad guys. Some days I am a creature of the night, a symbol that strikes fear into the hearts of criminals. Other days I fly over buildings in a single bound, fighting for truth and justice. I have traveled to the deepest parts of the human mind, and I have flown to distant galaxies.

If my tale seems unbelievable to you, you are obviously not one of the millions that read DC Comics. For over sixty years now, DC has been taking minds young and old to the limits of the imagination. We open DC comic books and our hearts and minds soar, taking us from our mortal confinements to realms undrempt of. DC will continue entertaining us in the future, maintaining its position as the cornerstone of the comic book industry, challenging our minds and spirits with colorful words and pictures.

And that is why we are here, to celebrate a comics giant that has given us so many smiles. The DC FANZINE will be bringing you many columns, articles, and interviews all to do with DC. We're new, and our legs are wobbly, so we welcome your ideas, opinions and support as we learn to walk. Feel free to email the big boss, Derek Steinbach, at StDocQ10@aol.com.

And now, if you'll excuse me, a crime is being committed, and someone has to save the day.
