Pete owns Honest Pete's Used Cars. He is very honest (yeah right). Actually he is Goofy's main rival and comes up with so many schemes to make money and do things it is not even funny. He has always been the Goof's next door neigbor and tries to exploit him at every turn. He is not always a bad guy though, every once in a while he has a change of heart and is good to his family of four.
