BINIBINING PILIPINAS INTERNATIONAL WINNERS
The title was first named Miss Philippines-International from 1960 to 1967. In 1968, the Bb. Pilipinas Charities, Inc headed by the First Miss International from Colombia, Mrs. Stella Marquez de Araneta, acquired the local franchise for the Miss International Pageant hence renaming the title to Binibining Pilipinas-International.

1963 - Monina Medenilla YLLANA (semifinalist Miss International)
1964 - Gemma Teresa "Mimi" Guerrero CRUZ (1964 MISS INTERNATIONAL)
*Gemma Cruz became the first Filipina international beauty queen, and not surprisingly she came home to a rousing welcome by her countrymen. Gemma made headlines when, after her victory, she decided to donate her prize money of $10,000 to Manila's Boy's Town.
1965 - Isabelle Barnett SANTOS (in the absence of a "Miss Philippines" to succeed Gemma Cruz, 1965 Binibining Pilipinas first runner-up, Isabelle Barnett Santos was handpicked to represent the country in the Long Beach pageant.)
1966 - NO LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL PAGEANTS HELD (No contest was held due to dwindling support from the sponsors and civic groups. However, the Long Beach organizers managed to stage another contest in Long Beach in 1967 before the franchise was finally bought by the Kokusai Bunka Kyokai - Japan Beauty Congress)
1967 - Margarita "Marite" Lebumfacil ROMUALDEZ
(The Bb. Pilipinas-International title was launched together with the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe title to elect the official representative of the Philippines to the Miss International Pageant in Japan.)
1968 - Nenita "Nini" Tuazon RAMOS (first Bb. Pilipinas-International titleholder; semifinalist Miss International)
1969 - Margaret Rose "Binky" Orbe MONTINOLA (semifinalist Miss International)
1970 - Aurora "Au-Au" McKenny PIJUAN (1970 MISS INTERNATIONAL)
*Aurora Pijuan became the second Filipina Miss International in what is probably the most spectacular pageant yet; the glittering show was staged at the World Expo '70 fairgrounds in Osaka, Japan. Because of Pijuan's victory, the Philippines pavillion became one of the 10 most-visited attractions at Expo '70.

1975 - Jaye Antonio MURPHY (semifinalist Miss International)
1976 - Maria Dolores "Dolly" Suarez ASCALON (semifinalist Miss International & voted Miss National Costume)
1977 - Maria Cristina "Pinky" dela Rosa ALBERTO (withdrew before the pageant finals and left Tokyo due to organizers treatment of the candidates as mere sex objects and come-ons for pageant sponsors.)

1979 - Mimilanie "Melanie" Laurel MARQUEZ (1979 MISS INTERNATIONAL & voted Miss National Costume)
*Mimilanie Marquez became the third Filipina Miss International. It has been known that she was actually 15 when she won. At her tender age, Melanie was already 5'11" tall and measured 34-24-36.

Pilipinas-International in 1984 but at 23, failed to compete in the Miss International pageant due to the pageant's age limit of 22. She was replaced by Miss Maja Philippines, Maria Bella Nachor. Catherine competed in the Maja International pageant placing as one of the semifinalists.)
