1926 - Anita Noble (Batangas) Won as the very first Miss Philippines. Instead of public balloting through the various publications, the fairest girl from each province was sent to Manila to compete in the national beauty contest, and then the winner of which was to be called MISS PHILIPPINES.
1926 - Socorro Henson (Pampanga) Only named Carnival Queen due to public balloting.

1947 - Evangeline de Castro - went to Miss America pageant in Atlantic City as a guest not to compete the event.

1951 - Teresita Villareal - her prizes includes the privilege of crowning Miss Manila 1951, Imelda Romualdez (former First Lady of the Philippines)
1952 - Cristina Galang - welcomer for international world's fair in Manila and she did not compete at the very first Miss Universe Pageant.
1953 - Cristina Pacheco
1954 - Blesilda "Bessie" Ocampo - Philippine bet to Miss Universe 1954 and made it as one of the semifinalists.
1955 - Edith Nakpil - did not compete at Miss Universe pageant. Her mother Anita Noble was Carnival Queen of 1926. Edith won as Miss Philippines for Miss Universe chosen by the Boys Town Committee. As Miss Philippines (the title did not require her to wear a bathing suit), Edith should have gone to California for the Miss Universe pageant, but relinguished this part of her prize. She did not like wearing bathing suit in public.
1955 - Isabel Rodriguez - as benevolence sponsored by the Philippine Red Cross was sent to Miss Universe Pageant instead.
1956 - Yvonne delos Reyes - relative of Pacita delos Reyes, Carnival Queen of 1929 and Bessie Ocampo, Miss Philippines 1954. Her own sister, Simonette delos Reyes won Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 1970. The 3 girls (Bessie, Yvonne, and Simonette) went to represent the country at the Miss Universe Pageant in their respective years.
1957 - Annie Corrales - was Miss Mindanao at Yvonne delos Reyes year. She was Miss Aviation 1954 and Miss Los Angeles, California 1958. She attended the swimsuit street parade of Miss Universe candidates presentation but did not compete in the preliminaries.
1958 - Chuchay Tuason - refused to go to Miss Universe claiming parental objection.
1959 - Cristina Matias - was not able to compete due to Broadway, New York commitment. As a member of Bayanihan Dance Company, she signed to perform on Broadway instead.
