QUEEN OF THE CLUBS PHILIPPINES TITLE HOLDERS
The Mutya ng Pilipinas Pageant, Inc. (Muse of the Philippines) bought the franchise for the Queen Of The Clubs International Pageant. The local organizers selects the country's representative to this international event.
*1993 - Shawnaleh Arevalo (Shawnaleh was Mutya ng Pilipinas-Globe 1991 and was appointed to compete at the 1993 Queen of the Clubs International pageant; semifinalist Queen of the Clubs International)
*1994 - Maria Sovietskaya Bacud (Maria Sovietskaya was a semifinalist at the 1994 Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant and was appointed to represent at the 1994 Queen of the Clubs International pageant; 1st runner-up Queen of the Clubs International)
*1995 - Karen Espino (1st runner-up Queen of the Clubs International)
*1996 - Elaine Crispy Miles (Elaine was unable to compete; International pageant not held this year)
*1996-1997 - Elaine Crispy Miles (was sent this year since the pageant was discontinued last year; semifinalist Queen of the Clubs International)
*1997-1998 - Chanda Alvar Nogra
*1998-1999 - Apple Atienza (was not able to compete due to international pageant cancelled this year)
*1999-2000 - Christine dela Cruz Heap (semi-finalist Queen of the Clubs International)

*2001-2002 - Janice Gay Alop (Did not compete internationally. The pageant was not held this year)
