When "Colonel" Marv Shector (John Ratzenberger), an accountant, realizes his dream of owning a summer sleep-away camp, the fun is just beginning! He packs up his devoted wife Millie and their very responsible daughter Ava (Jennifer Aniston), and opens the doors to Camp Cucamonga. Busloads of teenagers arrive with their own plans for a mischievous summer spent girl-chasing, pulling pranks, and "communing with nature". Meanwhile, Marv is waiting for the camp inspector to arrive to pronounce everything "legit". Things really get mixed up when handyman Herbert Himmel (Sherman Hemsley) arrives and is given the grand treatments deserving of the inspector and the inspector gets the less-than-grand tour of the facility reserved for the handyman. Breckin plays Cody, the resident skate boarder. The movie also stars Candice Cameron, Danica McKellar, and Chad Allen.
