Who is David Michael Frank? This is the first question that I asked myself when I saw the soundtrack sitting in a CD clearance bin. I found out later that he is active in TV scoring in recent years and most of his film scores are for those action B movies. Although the price tag is only 2.99, I was hesitated for a long while before I could actually brought it up to the cashier. The name "Extreme Justice", the Cover, and the composer, just gave me bad feelings about this soundtracks. But I bought it anyway just for the hell of it. I put it in player and hoping it will not give me some music that is as horrible as Bill Conti's Year of the Gun. However, the CD stunted me with a very decent(but a little cheesy), small orchestral Main Title track. And I said to myself that this might actually be a decent score. Unfortunately, the rest of the score proved me wrong. The 7 notes main theme motif appears at least 40 times in the score. It repeats over and over without any new arrangements at all. The CD just gave me a headache after the fourth track.
