If you think The Rock is loud and noisy (which I don't think so), the chances that you will like this score is less. The score gets the general sound quality of The Rock but it does not have any dominant themes. So, its like listening to the Rock of Crimson Tide without any theme. Also, the score is really loud and too overwhelming. There are enjoyable moments but there are not too many and they are all embedded in those 8mins+ long tracks. One of the tracks is 17mins long. I think the best track is "Devoe's Revenge" and it is not even composed by Zimmer. It is by Gavin Greenway. | |
