The list is as usual based on qualities such as beauty, sex
appeal, charisma, intelligence, resent efforts and charm.
Although it may not seem so, the list is based on a European
perspective of things.
 
Newcomers in this months chart:

- Jennifer Anniston has entered this list (finally). However, I'm 
  beginning to suspect that "Friends" is an overrated comedy series,
  having seen the first three episodes of it. It still has a long
  way to go before it can match "Seinfeld" and "Mad about you".
  Hopefully, the future will prove me wrong, I guess you guys 
  (and girls) who have seen more episodes than me knows...

- I think we all know Gillian Anderson by now as the cool agent
  Scully of the X-files.  

- Isabelle Adjani has been an actress since at least the late
  60's. One of her recent films, the epic "Queen Margot" (or
  "La Reine Margot" if you prefer) has gotten a lot of attention
  and she has also gotten great reviews for her part in it.

- Rebecca Cross, one of the women of the TV series "University
  Hospital" has the cutest dimples I have seen in a long time.
  That along with her smile and good mood qualifies her for a
  place in this list.

- I once promised that if ER actress Julianna Margulies 
  (Carol Hathaway) would win an Emmy, she should get to be in 
  this chart, so her she is.

- Vanessa Paradis is back on the list again, this time primarily
  as an actress. Her new movie "Elisa" is really going well.
  
- Lisa Moorish is a singer from UK who recently covered George
  Michael's "I'm your man"(!). George has always had a good eye
  for beauty (just remember all supermodels in videos such as
  "Freedom '90" and "Too sexy"). This girl is certainly no
  exception to the rule and the video to the song is the hottest
  video since Michelle Gayle's "Sweetness" which came out in
  the beginning of this year.

Movers:

- Bjork continues to move up in the chart. Her new video "Isobel"
  is out now and it is pretty good.
