The list is as usual based on qualities such as beauty, sex
appeal, charisma, intelligence, resent efforts and charm.
Although it may not seem so, the list is based on a European
perspective of things.
 
Newcomers in this months chart:

- Monica Seles is back on track again! We wish her all luck with
  her tennis and hope that women's tennis will become more 
  interesting again with her out on the center courts again.

- Meg Ryan is french kissing the whole world at the moment.
  I would love to see her in a thriller again though...

- Emmanuelle Béart is a french actress and model who currently
  can be seen in the french movie "Une Femme Francaise". She
  has been around for quite a while now and is perhaps most
  known from her part in "Manon of the Spring" back in 1986.
 
- Liv Tyler is making her first BIG role in a movie as she
  now stars in Bernardo Bertolucci's new film, set in Italy.
  No more daddy's little girl...

- Kristiane Backer is a VJ at MTV Europe and sort of our answer
  to Daisy Fuentes. Since a couple of years she only does a few
  shows on MTV so we normally don't get to see that much of her,
  but this summer she has been filling in for other VJs. Rumor
  has it, she is a muslim and is married to an arabic guy. By
  the way, anybody who knows what she is doing when she isn't 
  working for MTV? 

- Once in a while, I like to promote a woman who I think deserves
  more attention. Neve Cambell is such a woman. She started out
  in "Catwalk" (which by the way wasn't much to see except when
  Neve was in it) and is now in "Party of five". She looks like
  a young Mimi Rogers, with a smile that is just unbelievable.

Movers:
 
- Yes, we do have a new number one and she is probably the
  least controversial number one ever in this list's history.
  Everybody is talking about Sandra Bullock now and you see
  her face whereever you turn. This is in deed a woman worthy
  the no one position.

- Alicia Silverstone is making it in Europe too now. She is
  a prototype for the classic lolita image of young women,
  sweet, but dangerous. Don't play with fire unless you can
  take the heat...
