Summary:	In a wonderful parallel to our society, a Bajoran religious leader (Vedek Winn), objects to the things Keiko is teaching in her school on board the space station. In particular, she objects to Keiko not teaching Bajoran religion. Vedek's Winn's complaint, and the reaction of Bajorans on the station, sets Bajor against the Federation and threatens to destroy everything that Commander Sisko and the Federation have done to establish an alliance.
