Episode #796- Monday, March 6
CAST: ALEXIA, ANNIE, ANTONIO, BETTE, CAITLIN, CARMEN, CASEY, CHRISTINA, COLE, EMILY, FRANCESCA, GABI, GREGORY, JUDE, OLIVIA, PAULA, RAE, ROBIN, RICARDO, SARA, SEAN AND VIRGINIA.
MINOR CAST: DARA, JOSHUA SLOANE, JUDGE DICK SEAMAN.
SCENE 1- SURF CENTRAL
Casey is kissing Rae in the shower thinking that it is Sara. He then opens his eyes, and sees that he is kissing Rae. He pulls her away.
“Rae!” He exclaims.
Sara walks in, and is shocked to see them together.
SCENE 2- RICARDO AND GABI’S LOFT
Gabi, Ricardo, Antonio and Paula walk in the door.
“Well, there is no sign of her anywhere in Sunset Beach,” Gabi says, “It’s like she just disappeared.”
“We will find her,” Antonio says.
“Of course we will,” Ricardo assures his brother.
“Thanks for all your help, Paula.” Ricardo tells her.
“It was my pleasure,” Paula replies, “I have to get back to the police station, I will let you know if I hear anything.”
“Thanks, Paula.” Antonio says.
They all say good-bye and Paula exits.
Everyone in the courtroom and is shocked to see Francesca Vargas standing before them.
“Hello, everyone,” Francesca says, “That’s right, I’m alive.” She pauses and walks towards the Richards. She approaches Christina and hugs her. Everyone is very confused.
“It’s good to see you, Mom.” Francesca says.
“Mom?” Olivia repeats in shock.
SCENE 4- SURF CENTRAL
“Sara, I can explain, I thought that Rae was you.” Casey tells her.
“I figured as much,” Sara replies, “When are you going to get the message, Rae? Casey and I are engaged and you and him are a thing of the past.”
Rae gets out of the shower and wraps a towel around her.
“What Casey and I had is more special that anything that the two of you ever had, more than anything that anyone has ever had.” Rae replies defensively.
“Just get out of here!” Sara screams.
“Fine,” Rae replies walking towards the door. She turns around and says, “But someday somehow, you and Casey will be ruined and he will run straight to me.”
“In your dreams, Rae.” Casey replies.
Rae storms out, and Casey and Sara look at each other.
Gabi, Ricardo and Antonio are inside talking and Carmen is walking up towards the door very slowly. She is extremely weak and looks as if she could fall over any minute. She glares in the window, and out of breath gasps, “My sons.”
SCENE 6- SUNSET BEACH COURTHOUSE- COURT ROOM
“Order! Order!” Judge Seaman demands banging his gavel.
Everyone looks back at the judge.
“In light of this development, I am going to adjourn court for the day,” the judge decrees as he bangs on his gavel.
Francesca and Christina walk out of the courtroom, while the Richards and company follow filled with curiosity.
“What is going on here?” Olivia asks, “How are you still alive, Francesca? And how can this viper be your daughter, Christina?”
“Well, since you are in that shower, I might as well join you. It’s too bad that I interrupted Rae’s plans to seduce you.” Sara says gleaming as she is taking her clothes off.
Sara gets in the shower and she and Casey begin to kiss and Casey shuts the shower door.
Gabi hears someone at the door. “Did you guys hear something?” Gabi asks.
“Yeah, I think so,” Antonio replies.
Antonio walks to the door and opens it. Carmen stands in front of them and collapses right into Antonio’s arms.
“Olivia, Francesca is the reason that I really came to Sunset Beach,” Christina informs her.
“You see, Olivia, Gregory discovered that I was alive and came to England where I went after mother brought me there after everyone believed that I had died.” Francesca interrupts.
“I came to Sunset Beach and gave Francesca a drug that make her appear dead and then brought her back to England with me,” Christina adds.
“This isn’t possible!” Caitlin screams, “You can’t be alive!”
“Sorry to disappoint you, Caitlin.” Francesca says. P>“Anyway, this is what Gregory and I were planning for Francesca to come back- because it proves that he didn’t kill her.” Christina tells everyone.
“So you and Gregory really were in cahoots all along,” Olivia says.
“Yes,” Christina says.
“Then why did you need to get your hands on Olivia’s money and why were you so desperate for me to help you?” Annie asks.
“The money was really for me,” Christina says, “that was true- I was going to hire someone to kill my parents- at least I thought that they were my parents, because they killed our parents.”
Scene changes over to Robin and Alexia, who are watching the latest developments. Virginia approaches them. She tells Robin that she needs to speak with her and that it is urgent. Alexia says that she is going to go talk to Sean and Emily and excuses her.
“So what’s this all about?” Robin asks Virginia.
Back over to Francesca and the gang. In the background, Alexia is speaking to Sean and Emily.
”It’s too much of a coincidence for Francesca to wreak havoc on my family,” Olivia realizes.
“Really, Olivia, it was a coincidence. I just wanted Cole, I had no idea that you were my aunt.” Francesca says.
“It’s the truth,” Christina confirms, “I didn’t even know where Francesca was until a few weeks before Gregory shot her. I didn’t tell her who you all were to her until I brought her back to England.”
“You and that creature you call your daughter are not welcomed in my house! Just stay the hell out of our lives!” Olivia yells.
“I couldn’t of said it better myself,” Caitlin says as she follows Olivia out.
“Cole?” Francesca calls.
“It’s so wonderful to see you again-,” Francesca says.
“Save it, Francesca.” Cole interrupts and then walks over to Caitlin.
The Richards and company walk out.
“Someday, Mom. I will have everything that is mine.” Francesca promises.
“This is just the beginning, Francesca,” Christina says, “The Richards are not going to know what hit them.”
SCENE 1- SUNSET BEACH COURTHOUSE
“So what’s this all about?” Robin asks Virginia.
“Well, Robin. It’s just that I know who you really are,” Virginia says.
“What do you mean?” Robin asks.
“An arrest for possession of drugs, embezzlement, there is a whole list.” Virginia tells her.
“What on earth are you talking about?” Robin asks coolly.
“I have documentation to prove all of it, including your biggest secret,” Virginia replies.
Robin gulps at the fear that Virginia knows her biggest secret.
Jessica walks in and Joan, Hank and Keith are sitting on the couch talking.
“How was work, hun?” Keith asks.
“It was hell!” Jessica yells as she slams the door behind her.
Joan and Hank are surprised, and Keith walks up to Jessica to her to calm her down.
“That blubbering idiot A.J. couldn’t explain something if his life depended on it and not to mention all the incompetents that work there.” Jessica says angrily.
Hank and Joan are a little shocked by what Jessica has said.
Antonio walks to the door and opens it. Carmen stands in front of them and collapses right into Antonio’s arms.
“Oh my god,” Gabi lets out.
“I’ll call 911,” Ricardo says. He runs to the phone and dials.
“It’s going to be okay, Mama.” Antonio assures her as he is down on his knees holding Carmen.
Francesca and Christina approach Gregory in his cell.
“I guess we all have a lot to talk about,” Francesca says.
SCENE 5- THE RICHARDS HOME
Olivia, Bette, Cole, Caitlin, Sean and Emily all walk in shocked at the turn of events of the day.
“Well, I never would have guessed this in a million years,” Bette says, “Gregory, Christina and Franchie.”
“I don’t want to talk about it, Bette.” Olivia replies.
“Me either,” Caitlin says.
“Good. I just need a hot bath and a night of rest.” Olivia informs them and she walks upstairs.
“I am going to go upstairs and make sure Mom is okay,” Sean tells Emily.
“All right,” Emily replies.
“I am going to go check on Trey,” Caitlin says.
“I’ll go with you,” Cole says as they walk upstairs.
“Why don’t we just go upstairs and relax,” Bette suggests to Emily.
“Sounds good,” Emily answers, “Mom, we are only staying here temporarily, right? I mean, once we find a new place sincethe beach house was destroyed in the fire.”
“I am working on it,” Bette replies as they walk up the stairs.
“You’ll be out of here soon, and then you will take Caitlin and Trey away, and then I can have Cole all to myself,” Francesca reminds Gregory.
“I know our deal, Francesca.” Gregory answers.
“Olivia doesn’t even realize that her money was transferred into a bank account to finance your little escape and a bank account for Francesca and me.” Christina says.
“Yes, it’s all working out like we planned,” Gregory replies.
“Thank goodness, my sister isn’t too bright and never figured anything out.” Christina says, “Once I get my share of the money I am going to go back to England and kill the Carringtons to avenge my parents’ death.”
“We will have what we want- Gregory will have his freedom and his children, and Mom, you’ll have money and get to avenge your parents’ death, and I will have Cole.” Francesca gleams.
Carmen is being brought in and Antonio, Ricardo and Gabi walk in behind her.
“What happened?” Rae asks.
“She collapsed,” Ricardo tells her.
“Get her into ICU now!” Rae orders.
They wheel her in, and worry covers the faces of Antonio, Ricardo and Gabi.
“I don’t have time for this,” Robin says as she begins to walk away. Virginia grabs her arm and pulls her back.
“Oh, yes you do. You were a high priced call girl and not to mention you met and fell in love with Gregory Richards, who was one of your clients.” Virginia informs her.
“I don’t know what you’re after, but-,” Robin says angrily.
“I’m after your husband. And I will gladly show him all this dirty little information about you.” Virginia threatens.
“If you do, my life will be over!” Robin yells.
“Well, then you are going to be cooperating with me then, aren’t you?” Virginia says.
“Look, Jess, why don’t you go upstairs, relax and we’ll talk, ok?” Keith suggests.
“All right,” Jessica replies. She then walks up the stairs.
Hank and Joan look at Keith.
“This is who you are marrying?” Hank asks, “She doesn’t seem very- pleasant.”
“Hank!” Joan says annoyed.
“She’s just moody, Dad. You don’t know her. She’s a good person.” Keith tells him.
“If you say so,” Hank replies.
Keith walks upstairs and Hank looks at Joan.
Rae comes out of ICU and approaches the Torres.
“Your mother is very weak, but she will be okay,” Rae informs them.
“Can we see her?” Antonio asks.
“Of course,” Rae replies. She then escorts them to Carmen’s room.
“Five minutes, ok? She needs her rest,” Rae tells them.
“Ok, thank you.” Ricardo replies.
Carmen is sleeping and they all watch her. Suddenly, she opens her eyes and screams.
Alec approaches Alexia who is outside waiting for her mother.
“Where’s your mother?” Alec asks.
“Inside,” Alexia replies, “she is talking to some lady.”
“Well, I’ll go see what is keeping her,” Alec says as he walks inside.
Back inside:
“Cooperate with me, Robin or else Alec will discover who you really are.” Virginia threatens.
“What is going on here?” Alec asks shocked to see Virginia with Robin.
Francesca and Christina are standing outside. Christina uses a key and opens the door.
“There you go, dear.” Christina says.
“Thanks, Mom. I’ll see you later,” Francesca replies.
She walks into the house and then walks upstairs.
MINOR CAST: TREY.
SCENE 1- SUNSET BEACH COURTHOUSE- OUTSIDE
Alexia approaches Alexia, who is waiting outside for her mother.
“Where’s your mother?” Alec asks.
“Inside,” Alexia replies, “she’s talking to some lady.”
“Well, I’ll go see what is keeping her,” Alec says as he walks inside.
Back inside
“Cooperate with me, Robin or else Alec will discover who you really are.” Virginia threatens.
“What is going on here?” Alec asks shocked to see Virginia talking to Robin.
Rae comes out of ICU and approaches the Torres.
“Your mother is very weak, but she will be okay,” Rae informs them.

“Of course,” Rae replies. She then escorts them to Carmen’s room.

“There you go, dear.” Christina says.
“Thanks, Mom. I’ll see you later,” Francesca replies.
She walks into the house and then up the stairs.
OPENING CREDITS
SCENE 4- ANNIE AND JUDE’S APARTMENT
Annie and Jude are making love. They finish and Annie sighs.
“What’s the matter?” Jude asks.
“I just can’t believe that that slut Francesca is still alive. She tried to ruin my life once. I’ll be damned if she does it again.” Annie replies.
“Don’t worry, I will not let anyone hurt you.” Jude tells her.
“I know,” Annie says. She then kisses him passionately.
Keith and Jessica are sitting on the bed.
“So tell me about work. What happened?” Keith asks.
“Nothing, I just don’t know if I am going to be able to get through this,” Jessica replies.
“Through what?” Keith asks.
“Just life in general I guess,” Jessica answers.
Keith kisses her, and then hugs her.
Rae runs in past Paula and asks Carmen what’s wrong. Paula believes that she’s done for.
“I just had a bad dream that’s all,” Carmen says, “I don’t remember what it was about. In fact, the last thing I remember is when Antonio locked me in the closet. Why would you do that, miego?”
“I wasn’t in my right frame of mind, Mama,” Antonio replies, “but I am better now.”
Paula smiles and realizes that Carmen doesn’t remember that she kidnapped her.
“Nothing is going on Alec. Virginia and I were just getting to know each other better,” Robin lies.
“Yes, that’s right,” Virginia confirms.
“Oh, well what in the world are you doing at the courthouse?” Alec asks Virginia.
“Well, I-,” Virginia begins.
“Don’t tell me you are still trying to get your son back,” Alec says, “I told you that is not possible right now.”
“I know, but I miss him so much. Jimmy is my life.” Virginia says.
“I know, I’m sorry,” Alec replies, “Why don’t we get home. Alexia is waiting outside.”
“Good, I can’t wait to get home,” Robin says.
Robin and Alec walk out, and Virginia smiles evilly.
Annie and Jude are asleep, and Annie having a dream.
“Oh, Annie. Now that I’m back, I am going to make your life a living hell,” Francesca says.
“Oh, no you won’t, Francesca. I won’t let you! Even if I have to kill you!” Annie replies.
“Oh, well. Been there, done that. I’ve done the dying routine and it doesn’t suit me,” Francesca replies, “The only person that is going to die is you, honey.”
Francesca gets out a knife and then lunges toward Annie.
Annie awakens in a cold sweat.
“You are not going to destroy me, Francesca. I’m going to make sure of it.” Annie says.
Jessica and Keith are making love, and then Jessica smiles and thinks to herself that soon it is going to be Ben on top of her and not Keith.
“Well, you better let her get some rest,” Rae says.
“Ok, we’ll see you later, Mama.” Ricardo says.
“All right. Good-bye.” Carmen replies.
Gabi and Antonio both say good-bye and they all walk out with Paula.
“So Paula, how did you hear about Carmen?” Gabi asks.
“I didn’t,” Paula answers, “I arrested a drug addict and he was hurt, so I had to bring him in and I saw you all here, so I came to see what was going on.”
“Well, I’m going to stay here, why don’t you all head home. It is very late.” Antonio says.
“Okay, call us if there are any changes.” Ricardo replies.
“I will,” Antonio replies.
Antonio and Gabi exit and Paula soon follows smiling with relief.
Francesca is in Trey’s nursery. She grabs him out of his crib, and then leaves a note, and walks out the door. She walks down the stairs and out the door where Christina is waiting.
“Let’s get out of here,” Christina whispers and she and Francesca walk away from the house.
