SPECIAL NOTE: Due to lack of time, SUNSET BEACH 2000 will now be available in episode summaries. I know that it is not the same thing, but I don’t have much time. It is better than not continuing it. I hope that you will continue to read and enjoy it!
WEEK 11
Episode #801- Monday, March 13
CAST: A.J., BETTE, CAITLIN, COLE, ELAINE, EMILY, FRANCESCA, GREGORY, HANK, JESSICA, JOAN, KEITH AND SARA.
RICHARDS HOME:
Bette lays into A.J. and Elaine for sleeping together. She tells A.J. that she never wants to speak to him again. Elaine is secretly delighted, and vows to make sure that A.J. and Bette never reconcile. Bette goes upstairs and cries, and Emily comforts her mother assuring her that things are going to be okay. Downstairs, A.J. tells a devastated Elaine that there could never be anything between them. Hysterical, Elaine runs out after A.J. goes upstairs to check on Olivia. Elaine vows that she and A.J. will be together no matter what she has to do.
Olivia is upstairs in her bed thinking about Trey. She is very distraught and crying.
Caitlin comes in and cries with her mother about Trey.They bond overhow much they each love him and decide that they will never let Trey comebetween them again.
FRANCESCA’S HOTEL ROOM:
After undressing Francesca, Cole takes his shirt off and continues to kiss her. Francesca unbuttons Cole’s pants, but he then zips them back up, and pulls away which outrages Francesca. Cole puts his clothes back on, and tells her that he wouldn’t make love to her if she were the last woman on earth! Cole asks Francesca about Trey again, and she tells him that she does not know where he is. Cole is angry, but he decides to leave hoping to find Trey. Francesca vows that Cole will be knocking across her bedpost once Caitlin is out of his life- and soon that will happen.
COUNTY PRISON:
At prison, Gregory is fantasizing about what his life will be like once he is out of jail and with Caitlin and Trey. A henchman of Gregory’s comes to the cell with the key. The man has switched places with Gregory, and Gregory is off to take Trey and Caitlin away! Gregory calls Caitlin. Disguising his voice, he tells Caitlin that if she wants Trey back, she must come to the parking lot behind the Deep alone.
THE CUMMINGS HOME:
Joan and Hank are sitting at home. Joan decides that it would be great to throw Ben and Meg a welcoming home party when they get home tomorrow morning. Sara agrees that it is a wonderful idea. Jessica and Keith (now played by Shane McDermott) come downstairs and wonder what is going on. Sara tells them that they are going to have a welcoming home party for Ben and Meg. They both think it is a great idea, and Jessica secretly cannot wait to see Ben again.
EPISODE #802- Tuesday, March 14
CAST: A.J., ALEC, ANTONIO, BETTE, CAITLIN, CARMEN, CHRISTINA, COLE, FRANCESCA, GABI, GREGORY, JUDE, OLIVIA, PAULA, RICARDO, AND ROBIN.
MINOR CAST: TREY
SUNSET BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Ricardo and Jude continue to investigate Trey’s kidnapping. Paula comes in and wonders what is going on. They tell her about Trey’s kidnapping, and she agrees to help them. Ricardo tells Jude how difficult it will be to solve this case, and Jude says that it is going to be almost impossible. Meanwhile, Paula continues to fantasize about making love with Ricardo, and is distracted. She vows that she will accomplish her goal.
SOUTH BAY GENERAL HOSPITAL:
Carmen is still devastated by the news that Maria is not coming home. Antonio tries to comfort her, but she refuses to believe the truth until she talks to Maria herself. Antonio tells her that she can talk to Maria when she gets out of the hospital, but for now she needs her rest. Carmen complies though not without putting up a fuss. Gabi and Antonio go outside and discuss the emotional toll Maria’s departure will take on Carmen. Antonio tells Gabi that his mother is strong and that she will be fine in time.
THE JENSEN HOME:
Robin is in the kitchen of the Jensen home, and flashbacks to Virginia threatening her earlier. She can’t believe that the secret that she worked so hard to keep from Alec is about to come out. She says to herself that at least Virginia does not know the biggest secret of all. Alec then comes in and asks “what secret?” He jokes with Robin and asks if she is keeping a secret from him. She says that she is about Virginia. She is determined to find her son and she wanted her to council her on what she can do. Alec tells Robin that he is going to have to a long talk with Virginia. Robin shouts out, “No! and Alec looks at her puzzled.
THE RICHARDS HOME:
Caitlin gets off the phone and tells Olivia that she is going to go for a walk to calm down. Olivia says that she is going to go downstairs with A.J. and have some tea. A.J. tells Olivia that he will meet her downstairs and exits. Olivia runs into a devastated Bette in the hallway, and Bette tells her the news that A.J. slept with Elaine. Olivia is angry and tells A.J. to get out of her house when he approaches them. Caitlin is about to walk out the door when Cole walks in. Caitlin asks him where he has been, but Cole says that he was out looking for Trey. Caitlin tells Cole that she is going to go for a walk in the park. Cole offers to go with her, but Caitlin says that he can’t. Cole wonders why, but Caitlin tells him that she needs to be alone and then leaves.
THE PARKING LOT BEHIND THE DEEP:
Gregory, Francesca and Christina are waiting for Caitlin to show up. Christina is holding Trey in her arms and rocking him. Francesca says that she cannot wait for them to leave. Gregory says that he cannot either. Francesca is still angry by Cole’s rejection, but vows that it will not last for long. Caitlin finally arrives and is shocked to find Trey alone in a rocker. She picks her up, and then feels someone patting on her shoulder. She turns around to face her father…
Episode #803- Wednesday, March 15
CAST: ALEC, ANNIE, BETTE, CAITLIN, CHRISTINA, COLE, EMILY, FRANCESCA, GREGORY, JUDE, OLIVIA, RICARDO, ROBIN, SEAN AND VIRGINIA.
MINOR CAST: TREY
THE JENSEN HOME:
Alec wonders why Robin doesn’t want him to talk to Virginia, and she says that she doesn’t want her to know that she told him about her plans. Alec says that he won’t say anything, but he will warn her again about trying to gain custody of her son. Robin is relieved and the two head to bed. Later in bed, Robin has a nightmare in which Alec discovers that she was a whore thanks to Virginia.
THE RICHARDS HOME:
Everyone except Caitlin is sitting in the living room waiting for word from the police. The doorbell rings and Olivia runs to the door. She opens it to Annie. “Oh, it’s you!” she says as she reluctantly lets Annie in. Annie tells Olivia that she has news. She just got off the phone with Jude, and they still have not located Trey yet. Olivia is dismayed and has one of her famous hysteria acts. Annie tells Olivia that she needs to pull herself together. Bette thinks that Annie intentionally upset Olivia and orders her to leave. Annie tells Bette that she didn’t do anything, but tell her that there is no news on Trey yet. Bette takes Olivia into the living room, and Annie follows. In the living room, Cole, Sean and Emily are waiting patiently. Annie and Cole look at each other and Cole tells himself that this is no time to be having impure thoughts about Annie. Annie fantasizes about making love with Cole, but is interrupted when Jude and Ricardo finally show up.
THE PARKING LOT BEHIND THE DEEP:
Caitlin is shocked to see her father and is very confused. Gregory tells her that everything is okay and that she needs to come with him. Caitlin figures out that he kidnapped Trey and is furious. Francesca then comes behind Caitlin and injects her with a sedative. “Oooo, that was fun!” she exclaims after Caitlin passes out. Christina places Caitlin and Trey in a van with her and then drives off. Gregory tells Francesca that he has to get back to jail, and Francesca is thrilled that the plan is coming along the way it is supposed to.
EPISODE #804- Thursday, March 16
CAST: ANNIE, ANTONIO, BETTE, CAITLIN, CHRISTINA, COLE, ELAINE, EMILY, GABI, GREGORY, JUDE, OLIVIA, PAULA, RICARDO AND SEAN.
MINOR CAST: TREY.
ELAINE’S HOTEL ROOM:
Elaine is still very upset and there is a knock on her door. Hoping that A.J. has come to tell her that he did not mean what he said, she runs to the door and is disappointed when it turns out to be Paula. Paula tells her that she is still trying to break up Gabi and Ricardo but it just isn’t working. Paula tells her mother that she wants to seduce Ricardo, and Elaine says that it might just work. Elaine tells her that she has an idea.
THE RICHARDS HOME:
Everyone looks at Ricardo and Jude with anticipation. Ricardo announces that they still don’t have any leads on Trey’s whereabouts, but they analyzed the fingerprints on the note and they only have Caitlin and Olivia’s fingerprints on it. Olivia begins to get hysterical again, and Annie then slaps her to bring her around. Olivia responds by attacking Annie blaming her for Trey’s kidnapping. Bette tells Olivia that Annie has no reason to kidnap Trey. Jude backs Bette up, and tells Olivia that Annie wouldn’t do that- anymore anyway. Cole tells Sean and Emily that he is worried about Caitlin since she has been gone a while. Sean tells Cole that he will help him go look for her. They storm out, and Olivia wonders where they went. Emily tells her that they went to look for Caitlin. Bette tells Olivia that she knows that soon Trey will be found. Olivia vows that Trey’s kidnapper will pay dearly for what they have done.
COUNTY PRISON:
Gregory switches back with the guy who took his place in jail, so it seems as if there is no way that he could be implicated in Trey’s kidnapping or Caitlin’s disappearance. He smiles knowing that his plan is going to work.
AN OLD BARN OUTSIDE SUNSET BEACH:
Christina has Caitlin tied up and she is feeding Trey. Caitlin wakes up very disorientated and wonders where she is. She looks at Christina and remembers what happened. Christina says soon she and Trey are going to be skipping the country with her father. Caitlin tells her that she will not leave her family! Christina says that she has no choice and that Gregory is determined.
GABI AND RICARDO’S LOFT:
Gabi and Antonio return home from the hospital and are worn out. They begin to have a talk about all the events that happened over the day. Antonio kisses Gabi on the cheek to say goodnight. Soon, the two look at each other and they begin to kiss passionately.
EPISODE #805- Friday, March 17
CAST: A.J., ANNIE, ANTONIO, BETTE, COLE, ELAINE, FRANCESCA, GABI, JUDE, OLIVIA, PAULA, RAE, RICARDO AND SEAN.
RICARDO AND GABI’S LOFT:
Antonio and Gabi continue to kiss passionately and they get hot and heavy. They lie down on the bed, and begin to undress each other. Gabi tells Antonio that they shouldn’t do this again. Antonio says there is no videotape around this time, and that he is not a priest anymore. Gabi reminds him that she is married to Ricardo and that she loves him. Antonio asks her if she loves him too. Gabi says she does, and that he doesn’t know how much. They begin to get undressed. Outside, Francesca is watching. She says to herself that she came to give Gabi the shock of her life, but she ended up getting surprised! She remembers that there is an electronic store across the street and runs to buy a camera! Gabi and Antonio are beginning to get intimate, and Gabi still expresses to Antonio that she feels so guilty about doing this to Ricardo. She hopes that Ricardo doesn’t find them together. Antonio tells her that no one will ever know this time. Outside, Francesca has just come back with a video camera and films Antonio and Gabi as they make love!
THE RICHARDS HOME:
Ricardo and Jude tell Olivia that they are sorry, and that they will get back to the police station to work on finding Trey. Olivia tells them that they need to do more than work on it! Annie and Bette talk, and Bette asks Annie if she knows who kidnapped Trey. Annie says that she believes that Francesca is responsible. Bette says that she may be right, and Annie tells her that she is going to go to that slut’s hotel room and figure out what she is up to! Bette tells her not to get in any trouble, and Annie says, “Look who you are talking to! Trouble is my middle name."
ELAINE’S HOTEL ROOM/A.J.’S PENTHOUSE:
Paula is thrilled with her mother’s plan. She tells Elaine that she will seduce Ricardo at the wine cellar at the Deep. But she wonders how she is going to get him alone there. Elaine says that she is clever and that she will find away. Elaine tells her that if that doesn’t work she will have to get rid of Gabi. Paula tells her that she has no idea on how much she has tried to get rid of Gabi. Paula thanks her mother and heads back to the police station, hoping that Ricardo is there. Elaine decides that she needs to talk to A.J. She goes upstairs to his apartment to speak with him. Elaine knocks on the door, but there is no answer. The door is opened, and Elaine sees A.J. asleep on the couch. Elaine decides to wake him up with a passionate kiss! She kisses him and he calls out Bette’s name! Elaine is enraged and decides to follow her own advice: she has to get rid of Bette!
THE PARKING LOT BEHIND THE DEEP:
Cole and Sean are walking still unable to find Caitlin. Cole is getting really worried and tells Sean that he hopes that Caitlin is all right. Sean says that Caitlin likes to talk long walks and she is probably on the beach by now. Cole says that he is right and by the time that they get home, Caitlin will be there. As they approach the parking lot behind the deep, Cole sees a rattle on the ground. He tells Sean that it's Trey's rattle.
