Beach BBQ

At the beach we had to have a Bar-B-Que. Some friends came for the weekend, and we had a lot of fun.

Here's the cook. He spent a long time preparing the meat and such. It turned out very well.

Most everybody sat outside while waiting for the food.
True to Luke form, I closed my eyes just in time for this picture.

Now the cook inspects the fire. He's moderately satisfied.

Time to chow down!

Some people eat with utensils. Others have a less graceful approach.

He beat that meat to a bloody pulp. Literally.

Here's the fire crew. Luckily they're trained bums, and can get a fire going, even on a summer night.

Flipping the meat halfway through ensures that it cooks evenly. It's amazing the stuff you can learn in Croatia!

Everyone really enjoyed the food. And there was so much!
