This is the little lake in Zagreb (the capital of Croatia) They practice rowing here.

Here's one of the bars you can go to at night. They've lost a lot of business since the police started making everyone pay for parking.

There's a little island out in the middle in this area where you can swim.

That's a gas station. No place to park except in front of a pump.

That's the Zagreb mountain. You can get a real nice view of the city from up there. Too bad I forgot my camera the time we went up there.

Here's the sign for Aye Caramba, a "mexican" food place in Zagreb. I think the sign was the most authentic thing.

Here's a little restaurant we stopped at on the way to the beach. They gave us too much change, hehe.

I kept telling people there was a guy up there about to jump, but people just ignored me.

This is the bridge to Nin. Nin is another coastal city near Zadar.

That's part of Zagreb in the background.

As you can see, people like to come here to relax. It would have been a lot more busy, but it was a cloudy day.

Just a random picture out the car window while in Zagreb.

Most of the roads aren't this nice (or this wide). This is part of the "interstate" leaving the city.

Here I am at a Zagreb Italian place with a bunch of locals. Excellent food. The guy in the back on the left holding the beer is named Luka.

Here's inside Aye Caramba. I look suprising happy considering the quality of the "mexican food."

This is in the coastal city of Zadar. Their main square has some very old buildings that are the symbol of the city.

The other famous landmark in Zadar. It's right next to the other one.

These are my buddies leaving Nin. Just stopping to get some money today.
