Raye is the Third Sailor Scout to join the group. She has the ability to have some answers questioned by reading fire. In the first episode that she was in she accidently made a mistake and thought Serena (Sailor Moon) was the source of evil. And later in the episode she became the third Sailor. She also argues with Serena alot. But it is said that they are very good friends. She lives in a (English Version) Temple on Cherry Hill. She goes to a private school away from the other Sailor Scouts.
