Now for a run down of some of the fabulous features that appear on Phil & Ben's shows and which help to give the Men In Glasses experience its unique flavour (not to mention that peculiar aftertaste)...

The following features appeared on The Phil & Ben Show on Rugby's Music One...

"The Burning Question"

During every show, Phil & Ben receive a flaming envelope containing the day's Burning Question. Once the envelope is opened and the question has been read out, the audience is then invited to phone in and fan the flames of debate by giving their views on the subject raised. The hot issue may be local or national, funny or serious...but not too serious (this is Phil & Ben after all)...

"Songs of Phrase"

Phil or Ben reads out a line of lyric from a popular song; listeners have to phone in and name the song title and artist. It's as simple as that really...

"Seventh Heaven"

Another phone-in. This time, the listener is offered a choice of two categories, e.g. "breeds of dog" or "cities in the UK". They then have 25 seconds to name seven things or people from that category. If they manage to do so, they're in Seventh Heaven...
