For years, I had missed out on Oliver Reed. I vaguely knew who he was, but I had not ever seen his movies...Amazing, isn't it?! Last summer, I found a movie book that featured a sexy closeup of Ollie, and I suddenly wanted to know about him.

So, since June 2002, I have been acquiring his films and articles on him. He had flaws, but still, he was exciting and special.....and I've enjoyed "getting to know" him this past year through his movies. What talent he had!....Today is the anniversary of his death, but thanks to his films on video, he can seem very much ALIVE.....forever.
