Comments:
Robert "Oliver" Reed was the most dynamic, talented actor of the 20th century. He was also a pain in the ass, but it endeared him to my heart & my spirit. I shall never forget the man I both loathed and loved~ such a fine line... In my eyes he remains orever immortal. Have one for me, Ollie. I miss you...

I would be interested to see some emails posted to this site from fans that have actually met Mr. Reed. I'm sure there are some colourful stories! I would also like to know what it was about "Mr. England" and his work that attracted such a huge followin .

Although I never met him, I have an autographed copy of The Brood from his time in Toronto, and several touching stories about him. Consider me a life-long fan.

Oh, to find some information on Ollie - so hard, even on this internet thing. Site is great, information current and informative. I've even found a 'lost' workmate of 20+ years through this site and we have 'rekindled' a friendship and mutual love of Oliver! Keep up the brilliant work and long may you continue. Ollie - have one for me...

While it was hard to narrow down one film, I thought Burnt Offerings was the best of Oliver Reed. He was actually the protagonist in this film. His acting was brilliant. I have yet to see many of Reed's films, but I will remember him fondly.

Thanks and great site!

Second visit to the guestbook. This Sunday (Feb. 13th) is Ollie's birthday. Even though its Sunday, I'll be tipping my gin and tonic to Ollie, to the creator of this website, and to all the fans he probably never knew he had. And of course watching my fa orite Ollie movies.

It's good to see someone is recognizing Reed for the gifted man he was. Too bad he's gone now. I'm sure a comeback was just around the corner.

Oliver was a fantastic actor but I mainly I loved him because of the way he lived life to the max. i would have loved to have been a drinking partner with him. I bet he has had a fair few wild drinking sessions and a few stories to tell too!

Rest in peace Ollie. Have a rum on me.

Oliver Reed is a drinking God! I base my whole life oh his teaching. Me and my mates recently went to dublin and sunk over 80 pints of Guiness and five bottles of wine each and a bottle of whiskey between us, were only 22. Lots of work to do before we get as good as

Ollie, but thats what its all about. Rest in Peace Ollie, you are the man!!!!

I have been in lust with Ollie for the last 20+ years...now I'll never be able to drink OR sleep with him. Pity. Can't believe he's gone.

Rave on, Ollie.

Ollie, you were the bloke messeir. You didn't give stuff number one. As long as there was a drink in your hand you were happy. I think the same. I'm sure we will meet for a drinking marathon in the great bar in the sky one day. Keep being a hellraiser and remember to steal the leg of time.
