Alcia (Marnie McPhail) - Alcia is the First Prelate of Drayan 2; she visits Voyager and then abruptly asks them to leave. (Innocence)

Attendants - The Attendents made sure that the children got to the escape pods before the ship crashed; the attendents were supposed to help prepare the children prepare for death, but they were killed in the crash. (Innocence)
Bennet (Richard Garon) - Ensign on Voyager; he is injured when the shuttle he and Tuvok are in crashes on the moon; several of his vertabrae have been fractured; he tells Tuvok that it seems sad not to leave anyone behind; Tuvok tells him that Ensign McCormack would miss him a great deal; he dies and Tuvok puts his body in stasis until they can return to Voyager. Cave - The children tell Tuvok that the morrok lives in the cave; Tuvok looks in the cave after Corin and Elani disappear and finds their clothing; Alcia says that the cave is where the very first spark of life was created and that the children return to the cave by instinct to complete the cycle and rejoin the infinite energy. Cherel sauce - Corin wants to eat takka berries with cherel sauce instead of the Starfleet rations that Tuvok has on the shuttle. (Innocence)
Cold launch - Janeway initiates a cold launch sequence of the shuttle instead of going through the preflight procedures; she says skipping preflight procedures is not recommended, but sometimes necessary. (Innocence)
Compositor - The reaction chamber of the warp core is equipped with a compositor which allows them to recrystalize the dilithium. (Innocence)
Corin (Tahj D. Mowry) - This is one of the children that Tuvok finds on the planet; he wants to hear a story about the fire beast of Sullus before he goes to sleep; he and Elani disappear during the night and Tuvok finds their clothes in the cave. (Innocence)
Crysata - Alcia says that the moon that Tuvok has crashed on is crysata, or sacred ground, and that their presence here is forbidden. (Innocence)
Dielectric field - When Janeway and Paris use the shuttle to get to the moon's surface, they generate a dielectric field with the shuttle's warp coils to protect them from the turbelence; the dielectric field weakens the structural integrity of the shuttle so they can't go too fast or they will break up. (Innocence)
Dilithium - The reaction chamber of the warp core is equipped with a compositor which allows them to recrystalize the dilithium. (Innocence)
Drayans - Neelix says that nobody's had direct contact with the Drayans for decades; the rumors about the Drayans indicate that they are a very private, but not hostile race; Alcia says that advance technology used to be their highest achievement and that they were once brilliant scientists and engineers; their society would have self-destructed if not for the Reformation. Drayan 2 - Voyager sent out 2 scouting parties to analyze mineral deposits in the moons around Drayan 2; Tuvok and Bennet crash land on one of Drayan 2's moons. (Innocence)
Elani (Sarah Rayne) - This is one of the children that Tuvok finds on the planet; she says that she always has her hair brushed before she goes to sleep; she and Corin disappear during the night and Tuvok finds their clothes in the cave. (Innocence)
Escape pods - The Attendants got the children into the escape pods before the ship crashed. (Innocence)
Falor's Journey - Tuvok's youngest son always asks him to play this; it is a tale of enlightenment about a prosperous merchant named Falor who went on a journey; it consists of 348 verses; Tuvok sings part of it to the Tressa, Corin and Elani. (Innocence)
Fayla - Corin tells Tuvok that this is one of the children from the crashed ship that the morrok had already taken while they were sleeping. (Innocence)
Federation - The Federation consists of over 150 different worlds; these worlds agree to share their knowledge and resources in peaceful cooperation. (Innocence)
Final ritual - Tressa tells Tuvok that they were brought to the moon for the final ritual and then the morrok will take them away. (Innocence)
First Prelate - This is the title used on Drayan 2; Alcia is the First Prelate of Drayan 2. (Innocence)
Jarren - Corin tells Tuvok that this is one of the children from the crashed ship that the morrok had already taken while they were sleeping; Jarren had hurt his hand during the crash. (Innocence)
Katra - Tuvok tells the children that Vulcans believe that a person's katra, or soul, continues to exist after the body dies; Tuvok believed this when he was younger, but now believes that there is more within everyone than science has yet explained. (Innocence)
Lute - Tuvok tells the children that this is a 5 stringed instrument that is tuned on a diatonic scale; Tuvok's youngest son is particularly found of it. (Innocence)
McCormack - Ensign on Voyager; Tuvok tells Bennet that McCormack would miss him a great deal if he died. (Innocence)
Morrok - The children tell Tuvok that the morrok will come for them when it gets dark; they say that the morrok lives in the cave and is what takes you when you die; Alcia says that the morrok only exists in stories. (Innocence)
Oh-nah-hoo-pez-nyeetz - Chakotay greets First Prelate Alcia with this greeting; it means peace in your hears, fortune in your steps. (Innocence)
Plato - Janeway tell Alcia that the philosopher Plato said that what we see around us are only poor shadows of ideal objects which exist on a higher plane. (Innocence)
Polyferranide - Voyager sent out 2 scouting parties to analyze mineral deposits in the moons around Drayan 2; Janeway wants to open negotiaions with Alcia to find out what they want in exchange for the polyferranide; Torres and Neelix find a vein of polyferranide 3 kilometers long on one of Drayan 2's moons. Providence - Janeway was the Science officer on the Providence at one time. (Innocence)
Reformation - Alcia says that the Drayan society would have self-destructed if not for the Reformation. (Innocence)
Stasis - Tuvok puts a stasis field around Bennet's body to protect it until he can take it back to Voyager. (Innocence)

Tressa (Tiffany Taubman) - This is one of the children that Tuvok finds on the planet; All the other children disappear except her; Tressa is 96 years old and has reached the end of her life; Tuvok accompanies her into the cave to complete the final ritual. (Innocence)
Vulcans - Vulcans learn to detach themselves from their emotions at a very early age; Vulcans believe that a person's Katra, or soul, continues to exist after the body dies. (Innocence)
