(Revulsion)
Fish - Dejaren tells Torres that she nibbles like a fish; Dejaren programmed a holographic fish named Spectrum to keep himself company; the Doctor realizes that the emitters aren't offline when he sees Dejaren's holographic fish is still there. (Revulsion)

Isomagnetic conduit - Torres stops Dejaren before he steps on the isomagnetic conduit; Torres says that the conduit could destabilize his matrix; Torres uses the conduit to permanently disable Dejaren when he tries to kill her. (Revulsion)
Isomorphic projection - This is what the people from Seros call their holograms; Dejaren is an isomorphic projection. (Revulsion)
Jefferies tube - Seven and Kim start in Jefferies tube 32B to enhance the astrometric sensors. (Revulsion)
Ktarian moonrise - Kim suggests to Seven that they go to the Ktarian moonrise simulation on the holodeck. (Revulsion)
"Live long and prosper" - Paris and Kim tell about the time they rigged the internal sensors to say "Live long and prosper" every time Tuvok accessed them. (Revulsion)
Mobile emitter - The Doctor says that Torres knows more about his mobile emitter than anyone; after they beam onto the disabled ship, Torres checks the emitter to make sure it made it through the transport okay; the Doctor dematerializes when Dejaren hits his mobile emitter. (Revulsion)
Optical assembly - Seven's misalignment of the optical assembly is off by .5 degrees. (Revulsion)
Organic - Dejaren calls Torres an organic when he discovers that she is not an isomorph like himself; he says that he has thinks that organics are repulsive; Dejaren admits that he has acquired some hostility against organics because he was treated badly by the crew. (Revulsion)
