Producers: Danny Bilson, Paul De Meo Music: Eddie Jobson Filmed on locations around So. California and at Paramount Studios by Pet Fly Productions and Paramount Net TV. 0. Pilot movie -- 2 hour 1/2/94 A former criminal hits the streets of a futuristic city as the driver of the Viper, a police supercar. First up, the program is cut from the city's budget and is forced to move underground. (addenda: he was a good, fast driver of get-away cars for The Outfit. Julian needed a driver like that. Julian is paralyzed from the waist down and no one could drive his prototype car. They operate on Joe to remove his criminal memory and he becomes the driver.) w. Paul De Meo & Danny Bilson d. Danny Bilson (Before Joe Aster there was another man. He quit because he said there was a problem with the car and there wasn't. Then all of a sudden there is a robbery at the Viacom building. But they had one problem which was Michael Patian (or Joe Aster) wrecked his car with the job that they were supposed to deliver. That was a satellite. After he wrecks his car the cops delete part of his memory and also change part of his physical appearance like his eyes and nose and other parts. So they get him in the car and he loved the car. Next the Outfit tried to throw a big obstacle out when they were hijacking a truck load of serum. So he catches them and locks one in the car, so they get the serum back and get one person from the Outfit. So the highwaymen try to get rid of the Viper, but they don't and get all of the Outfit. But the cops do know the Viper is still out, but Julian thinks that people are going to be mad that the car is still on the road.
