Myst was impossible. Once you got on that train, oh man! Had to cheat. Riven wasn't so bad. I got through the game. The music is great. I just saw it on CD. "The Music from Riven and Myst" I think that was it's name. It is easy to get drawn into the world of D'ni. We have a spare room in our house that we call the Riven Room. In it we put anything wierd we buy. Things that are to cool to pass up, but wouldn't suit any other room in the house.

I knew about MYST before I had a computer. It was the first thing I wanted to install. I could have devoted more time into solving MYST if I hadn't had to also solve the mysteries of the PC at the same time. Still, I don't think I would have solved it ET if it hadn't been for a "cheat" book. You too? Or am I the only one? Still, I look forward to Riven. Now I am new on the web and will be torn between my interests in puzzle solving, web surfing, photography scanning and MIDI music. Little time lef for the wife! She just may use "Riven" as grounds for divorce!
