Hikaru Teru Daitokuji is one of Graviton City's prime troublemakers, and being a billionarre helps him cause mischief on a grand scale. Sadly Hikaru didn't appear in the first movie, he made his debut in Project A-ko 2, Plot of the Daitokuji Financial Group.
In the above mentioned movie he proved to be a classic antagonist, stealing the plans for B-ko's Sakurajima-43 and naming it "Queen Margarita!" (and also, as it turned out, the Akagiyama 23 suit! (YUCK!)) His scheme, cunning as it was, failed. (though it did provide a spectacular light show...)
Taking a break from Project A-ko 3, Hikaru returned in Project A-ko 4, Final in top form. He demonstrated considerable influence by requesting army protection at Kei & Miss Ayumi's wedding, and getting the entire Earth Defence Force! (The fact that Col Lawence Yashida deployed the forces for the Earth's sake was beside the point).
Upon the actual alien invasion Hikaru showed true character. He took a megaphone from Yashida's own hands and ordered the troops to "Protect the bride and groom!" Yep, Hikaru Daitokuji has his priorities right...
While his daughter, B-ko always wears the best fashions, Hikaru has a tragic dress sense. For battle, Hikaru wears an Elvis stage costume, complete with glittering rhinestones. (perhaps to dazzle his opponent?)
