LOS ANGELES - Jonathan Silverman, TV's Single Guy, wanted to serve hams to the homeless but was second fiddle to Harrison Ford.
"Harrison Ford gets to serve the ham," Silverman said. "I'm the bean boy."
Silverman joined Ford and other celebrities Saturday at Los Angeles Mission, where they dished up 4,000 Christmas meals for the homeless.
Silverman, who plays a bachelor surrounded by married friends in the NBC series, brought along his real-life girlfriend, Annalee, an aspiring country singer who dished out apple pie with Dwight Yokum.
