Madonna has received three nominations at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2000: Best Female Artist, Best Dance Act, and Best Song for Music. The awards show will take place on November 16th in Stockholm, Sweden. Go Madonna!
Madonna will be appearing on David Letterman on Nov. 3rd so check it out! She will be performing (playing guitar as well) "Don't Tell Me" live. Apparently, she's gotten some guitar lessons recently. Madonna playing an instrument? I'm def. not gonna miss this!
Madonna will be putting on an intimate show for all her dearest fans on Nov. 5th at Roseland in NYC. Obviously space is limited (max. occupancy is 3,000), so the only way to get tickets is to win them through various contests going on, which include contests being done by MTV and the Madonna Fan Club. I have tried to win all contests, but something tells me I'm not going to get lucky in this situation :-(. This is def. an awesome opportunity to see Madonna perform live if you CAN get your hands on some tickets--she hasn't done the "on stage" thing in a while and is eager to start doing it again. Madonna says herself, "This is a chance for me to get my feet wet on the stage again and a way to say thank you to an intimate group of my fans for all their support over the years. It's a party that 3,000 people are invited to and I am going to sing a few songs at my party." Actually, she's singing four songs. Either way, Sunday night at Roseland should be hot.
