Pic #1 Underside of recliner with aura AST-1B-4 Bass Shaker installed on sheet metal panel. This structural sheet metal panel spans recliner underside from right to left. This plate is fairly rigid but does flex during Bass Shaker use. This panel was the perfect place to mount the Bass Shakers. The bass Shakers give a feeling of suspension during heavy Bass frequencies. This feeling of suspension is difficult to achieve with the HT being in the basement. After all you're not going to get the concrete floor to move much without causing some major problems.

Pic #2 Close-up of recliner underside with Aura AST-1B-4 Bass Shaker installed into sheet metal panel. I used 12ga wire and they are wired in series.

Pic #1 Shows one of the two Polk SRS 1.2's on track with locking clamp at top. The slides allow me to quickly move speakers into Music or HT listening positions in a few seconds. The clamp locks the speaker into position and improves the sound quality. This setup allows the best of both worlds, Great HT and great HS. In music position the speakers are a little closer togeather but would cover part of the screen. In HT position the are out to the sides so you can see the entire 10 foot screen.

Pic #2 Close up of the clamp mounted to the wall. The speaker can't move when the thub screw is tightened even lightly.

Pic #3 This shows the speaker in Music listening position. When you slide the speaker in the track the angle stock slides in the clamp. You can see the angle stock mounted on the back of the speaker that the clamp bites into.

Pic #4 This shows the same speaker in HT position. GO BACK TO PAGE 3

Pic #1 In case you were wondering how big the Polk 1.2's are I figured you might want a better perspective on just how big they actully are!!!

Pic #2 Close up of Snell 550 Sub With Out Cover. There are two of these subs in my HT. The Picture Shows New Snell Replacement Drivers That are Now Available. These new Drivers can be used in Snell 550's, 750's and The 800's.

Pic #3 I recently Installed New Drivers for My Snell Subs. Snell is a Local Co and Supplied Me with new Updated Drivers that are only Available as replacements For Now (Very Cool). Snell was Great to Deal with (Highly Recommended) and even gave me a Plant tour When I went to Pick The Drivers up! The New Snell Drivers Have better performance than what was Originally in these Subs and They are Really Sound Sweet.

Pic #4 Back Side of New Snell Sub Driver. Note Heavy Duty Construction and Cast Basket.
