Frankie Maguire watched his father get gunned down in front of him and his family at the age of 8. Now he wants his revenge....... Frankie stays w/ Tom O' Mera (Harrison Ford) who is a sergeant in the police force & his family. Frankie is under the name of Rory. He buys a boat and fixes it up ready to sail back to Ireland with a whole bunch of missles ready to go. He has trouble getting the money to the man who sold him the missles (Treat Williams) and his friend is caprured and killed. He is told that he is the next to die. Tom comes home one day and finds a man in his house. This man is looking for the money that Frankie owes. He takes Tom's wife and threatens to kill her. Frankie comes in and gets rid of the 2 guys. He goes out to talk to Treat Williams. Meanwhile Tom O' Mera is looking to see if anything is taken from his house. He goes down to the basement where Frankie sleeps and finds his stash of money. He immedietley knows that it's gun money. He is forced to drive Frankie to the police station even though Rory is his friend. Rory escapes from the car and goes off. It is now up to Tom to track him down & bring him in alive!
