All of the below movies are QuickTime movies which require the QuickTime plug-in

This is how it goes. Apple designed Quicktime 3.0 specially for the reason in mind that you would have to purchase the upgrade in order to save internet video and edit, etc. This doesn't matter if you have the older version of MoviePlayer(2.0 or something).

But to those of us who don't have it....

Go to Apple's Site and download it
During Installation, select to only intsall the Movie Player compenent
Make sure that you DO NOT INSTALL THE PLUG-IN
Now every time you click on a movie, a pormpt should come up asking you whether to open it, or to save it to disk
