Whether or not you will like 'Excess Baggage' depends on what type of person you are and your taste in films. There have been alot of different opinions expressed over this film, but personally, I love it! The film stars Alicia Siverstone ('Clueless' and 'Batman and Robin') and Benicio Del Toro. Alicia also takes her first shot at producing which proves successful.
Alicia plays an insecure, attention seeking girl called Emily, who over the years has pulled pranks to get the attention of her rich dad. This time she's decided to fake her own kidnapping. But what she doesn't count on is her car being stolen..... with her tied up in the boot! When Benicio discovers her, he is not too impressed, to say the least. But still, the inevitable happens and they fall in love.
This film isn't short of laughs, in fact, you'll probably find yourself giggling non-stop. With all the humour and some romance thrown in on top, it's well worth watching.
