Species II is the sci-fi thriller sequel starring Natasha Henstridge, who starred in the first, and Michael Madsen. Those of you who know the first, don't expect this loosely held together follow-up to be too much different.
The alien, now named Eve (who was seen destroyed in Species), has been recreated half-human, half-alien for scientific purposes. When a space crew come back from the world's first expedition on Mars, one of the men on board comes back not quite the same. He comes back alien..... Back on earth, as he mates, he kills his partners. With a grand collection of alien children, there is one thing left for him to do. Find his one true mate, Eve.
Now let's see..... how can I be nice about this? Well, it's difficult, so I won't! The plot is very weak and the acting isn't all that great either. All the film has going for it is some good effects and if you're into blood and gore like me, you wont be disappionted there. As one of my friends said to me, I think this one falls into the 'so crap you have to see it' category!
