George Lennox (Robert Carlyle) drives a double decker bus in Glasgow.
George risks his job by "highjacking" his bus for the day to take Carla on a trip to see Loch Lomond, a place he finds spiritually rejuvenating. They become close in the back of the bus after their day out.
George and Carla travel to Nicaragua.
