They are the two bungling henchmen of Megabyte. The Twiddle-Dee and Twiddle-Dumb of Mainframe. These two rarely ever carry out a successful mission. Often times it's their own stupidity that ruins it for them.

Recently Slash has begun to show signs of remorse. He actually admits to missing Bob and refuses to carry out the execution of the traitor Binome Cyrus. This completely shocks Slash and he tell Hack that he will report his actions to Megabyte. Those two…are in big trouble.
