Six Days, Seven Nights

Harrison Ford stars as a pilot taking a romantic couple (Anne Heche and David Schwimmer) to their "Six Days, Seven Nights" in paradise. Business though finds its way into the holiday, and Heche, having to get to the neighbouring island of Tahiti for a photo shoot, relies on Ford as her only hope of getting there. During the flight however, an unexpected storm brews up, and grounds the plane on a deserted island. Here's where the real adventure starts, something not mentioned in any of the brochures, as Ford and Heche attempt to find a way off the island, along the way also finding love.
With Harrison Ford in the credits, that usually means we can expect one terrific movie, and that's certainly what is delivered with a rich mix of wonderful writing and lovable laughs.
