Air America

Anything, anywhere, anytime. That would be the motto of "Air America" if it existed and if the U.S. were aiding in the military efforts in Laos. As for Gene (Mel Gibson) and Billy (Robert Downey Jr.), this hush-hush Thailand excursion was a chance to walk on the wild side, get right in the action and do what they love most, fly.

Working for the U.S. operation run mainly on drug money, Gene focuses on plans for an early retirement in the east, as Billy with a good heart tries to make a difference while actually doing little in this strange new world and a situation way over his head.

Highly humourous, this fun filled thrill ride is sure to please, it's only downfall being the language.

Parental Note: Language, Adult Situations

** **

The disc is double sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen and full frame pan and scan versions of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
