Air Force One
A piece of movie-making showcasing action and acting at its finest "Air Force One" starring Harrison Ford as the president of the United States, takes us on a high-flying edge-of-your-seat adventure that is sure to please.
Initiating and standing behind policies of not negotiating with terrorists, often decisions easily made from behind a desk, the president finds himself faced with upholding these under truly tense circumstances. En route to the U.S. from Moscow onboard Air Force One, terrorist hijackers posing as media manage to take control of the plane, demanding the release of their leader from prison. Now quite aware of the risks involved with his new policies, the lives of his closest friends and family put clear faces to the lives that may be lost in making the stand.
Additional brilliant performances by such cast members as Gary Oldman, Glenn Close and William H. Macy among others keep this movie flying high and making for one terrific addition to any DVD collection.
Parental Note: Language, Violence
The disc is double sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie on one side, the pan and scan version on the other. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
