Airplane!
A star-studded cast of comedy take control of the airways in "Airplane!", taking us on one hilarious high-flying adventure.
For Ted Striker (Robert Hays), ever since his tragic war days, a terrible fear of flying has kept his two feet firmly planted on the ground. However, when the love of his life Elaine (Julie Hagerty) working as a stewardess prepares to fly out of his life, he forces himself to follow, but finds himself on a flight doomed for disaster.
Filled with as many familiar faces as there are jokes in the movie, Hays and Hagerty are joined by Robert Stack, Lloyd Bridges, Peter Graves, Leslie Nielson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and plenty of comedic cameos you are sure to recognize.
Unfortunately, the movie does hit some turbulence when it comes to content, often flying into lewd and rude airspace that is a times a bit much, and sure to leave you wondering how it ever got a PG rating.

The disc is single sided - single layered and contains the original widescreen version of the movie. The mastering is excellent, but there are few extras.
