Aliens
Escaping her first intense encounter, Ellen Ripley (Sigorney Weaver) wakes from hyper-sleep 57
years later to discover the original alien infested planet now the home of human families.
When contact with the planet is suddenly lost, Ripley is called upon to join a group of elite
marines venturing to the planet in search of answers. This, with no surprise, leads to them
finding far more than they bargained for.
Filled with great actors, acting, story and decent effects, this film makes for a fantastic
sequel to the almost unsurpassable original. A movie that sci-fi fans are sure never to get
enough of, that is unless they are hoping for a good restless night's sleep.
Parental Note: Language, Violence, Frightening Scenes
The disc is single sided - dual layered and contains the original widescreen version of
the movie. The mastering is excellent, as are the various extras. The disc at first glance
is a true collector's piece. From masterful animated menus to a terrific behind-the-scenes
look at the movie, as well as a large photo gallery and interview with director James Cameron,
this disc holds little back from true fans.
